What is consultancy?
From time to time we meet clients who need more than a bit of facilitation or decision support - clients who think they might need some management consultancy support but aren’t sure where to turn to. Run Meetings works with Genecoe to provide strategic direction and leadership for a small number of our clients – clients who need support and advice from a small consultancy with big roots, and with a genuine desire to get the job done and to get out rather than trying to load more expensive resource onto their clients.
